SHIPPING POLICY

At Yubiome by Dermatology, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery Timeline: Domestic (India) orders are delivered within 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a flat COD handling fee of ₹100, added at checkout.

Coverage: We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS.

Delays: While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (weather, courier disruptions, regional restrictions, incorrect address details).
